During Services
There is always an opportunity for prayer during any of the worship services at River's Edge. It is not uncommon for people to go to the altar rail to kneel and pray before the service, during praise and worship, after Holy Communion, and following the service. Many invitations are given for prayer as part of each service.

Facedown
On the second and fourth Tuesday nights of each month River’s Edge has a mid-week service called Facedown at 7:30 p.m. Facedown is led by our worship team and pastor and features a deeper time of prayer and worship. For more information, click on the Facedown page located under the Prayer tab.

Prayer Cards
Prayer cards are located in racks on the back of the seats in the Worship Center. They can be filled out and placed in the offering basket or handed to one of the ushers or leaders.

Prayers Via This Website
Prayers can be submitted to the Prayer Team by using the Submit Prayer tab on this website.

During The Week
Prayer cards and prayers that are received by way of this website are prayed for every day by the Prayer Team for a period of 30 days.

During Facedown
Prayer cards and prayers that are received by way of this website are prayed for at every Facedown service by those who are attending.

Sensitivity and Respect
All prayers are handled with sensitivity and respect. Discernment and discretion should be used when submitting written prayers.

Prayer Team
If you are interested in serving on the River's Edge Prayer Team, please speak with the Prayer Leader, Ray McNish, or one of the other key leaders at River's Edge.

Sunday Mornings – 9:30-10:30 AM
The Prayer Leader at River's Edge, Ray McNish, leads the Prayer Team for an hour of prayer before worship on Sunday mornings. The team prays for the upcoming service, those who will be leading worship and teaching, and those who will be attending.

2nd & 4th Tuesday Evenings – 6:00-7:00 PM
As is true of Sunday mornings, the Prayer Team meets to lift up the Facedown service and all who are going to lead and participate.
